VIRTUAL RACE TO THE TOWER 5TH - 6TH JUNE

SAFE AND SECURE IN 2021

The latest news regarding COVID-19

LAST UPDATED: 15/01/2021

As we draw closer to the summer season, we remain fully focussed on delivering a series of safe events for all our participants, sponsors, suppliers and crew.

Nobody can forecast the exact guidelines we will need to operate within by the time the events come around. However, there are some positive indicators around the vaccine rollout. Current restrictions appear to be having an impact on infection rates. We also believe our particular event portfolio is well suited to return sooner than some others that sit at the larger or smaller end of the spectrum.

At the moment we are working closely with industry and COVID health and safety experts to maximise the chances of the events continuing as planned. We are giving particular focus to the below while also working hard to ensure that none of the traditional Threshold magic and hospitality is lost:

  • Hygiene and distancing: Hands, Face, Space
  • Screening: pre and live event
  • Minimising impact on emergency services
  • Event permissions
  • Timely and concise communications to participants and stakeholders

We have also implemented a 100% refund policy should the event not go ahead due to Covid-19, so that you can book with full confidence.

This page will be updated regularly with more information about how we will be implementing new measures to ensure that we deliver our events safely. Whatever happens, the safety and health of our participants are always our highest priority and we will adhere to all government and WHO guidelines at the time of the events.

If you do have any questions in the meantime, please do not hesitate to email us at the event in-boxes and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Thanks in advance for your patience and understanding as we work towards a return to a thriving event season.
