RUNNA ULTRA-MARATHON TRAINING PLAN

We believe Ultras Are For All and thanks to Runna, our Official Training Partner, we have a plan for everyone taking on the trails in 2023! From beginner training guides to advanced runs, we’re with you every step of the way on your ultra-marathon.

Have a scroll and find a plan that suits you, or download the Runna app to personalise your own ultra-marathon training plan with exciting working outs and specific pace targets.

The Runna app can sync to your favourite wearable, providing holistic support like breathing and well-being and injury prevention and strength conditioning tips. Follow Hannah and Hazel’s journey who are using the app to train for their first Ultra-Marathon, Race to the Stones.

100km Advanced Runner

This is the plan for you if you regularly run at least 10km and do some structures training e.g.  intervals.

100km Intermediate Runner

This is the plan for you if you regularly run at least 5km, but don’t structure your training or put thought into a plan.

This is the plan for you if you can complete a 5km run without stopping, in under 40 minutes.
