We strive to cater for all abilities on the event. As a guide, the minimum speed to complete your respective distance is approximately 4km/hr or 2.5mph in order to reach cut off times.
The official closing date is midnight on Sunday 2 weeks prior to the event, however, the events can sell out which would result in registration closing earlier.
